Elks Camp 2007

The third annual Elks Camp was held from September 20 through 23. Approximately 124 students, families, and Everhart Staff, along with the Elks and Elkettes of the local Elks Lodge, boarded two chartered buses on Thursday and headed to the Elk's Youth Camp in Umatilla, Florida. The entire camp experience was funded by the Elk's Lodge with no cost to anyone. Not only did our special friends of the Elk's Lodge finance this wonderful camp experience but their level of participation with our students was unbelievable. The camp offered paddle boats, archery, swimming, goofy golf, a water slide, camp fire, and a ropes course that was beyond compare. The smiles on our students faces as they enjoyed all of these fantastic and fun activities, was enough to bring tears to your eyes.

As evidenced by the pictures on this and subsequent pages, a great time was had by all!
